My name is Rebecca Hewett, I live in Meadows. My husband and I are 7th generation primary producers and I am an elected member on Mt Barker Council.
I decided to stand for One Nation because Mayo has been neglected for too long.
The cost of living, power and the housing crisis is getting worse, not better.
The great Australian dream is turning into a nightmare.
More and more people are now working harder yet are going backwards
One Nation is the only party who truly wants to reverse this trend.
Aldinga Deserves More!
Aldinga is growing fast, but the services, infrastructure, and support aren’t keeping up.
It’s time for leadership that puts people first.
Better Infrastructure
We need safer roads, improved public transport, and smart planning to support our growing population, done in a timely fashion, the constant roadworks damages businesses and frustrates commuters.
Better Healthcare Access
Residents shouldn’t have to travel for basic medical services. We need a local medical hub, mental health support, and aged care investment.
Stronger Schools & Youth Support
With more families calling Aldinga home, our schools need more funding and resources. Let’s also create more opportunities for young people through sport, art, and training.
Protecting Our Coast & Environment
Development must be balanced with sustainability. Our beaches, parks, and wetlands need protection for future generations.
Support for Local Jobs & Small Business
Back local business, reduce red tape, and create opportunities that keep jobs and investment in our community.
It’s time for real representation someone who listens, understands, and acts for Aldinga.
One Nation is committed to putting Australia and Australian First. People are working harder than ever before but many feel like they are going backwards. We want to make life easier for them by putting more of their money back into their pockets.
