I’ve spent most of my life living in our beautiful part of the world, working and volunteering to help strengthen our community.
For the past 18 years I’ve been on the governing councils of the local kindy, primary school and high school as my three children progressed through the various stages of their education in McLaren Vale and Willunga.
I ran the Willunga Farmers Market for almost seven years, after a career in business development and tourism.
For the past three years I’ve been running the office of local MP Leon Bignell, where I’m across every issue from McLaren Vale to Kangaroo Island.
It has been a great opportunity to work with even more members of our community than I had before and it’s also given me access to Premier Peter Malinauskas, senior ministers and their advisers.
So, when our region needs something or an individual is looking for a solution to a problem I now have the network to pick up the phone and try and sort things for them.
I don’t come from a political background. I’m a community person through and through. And that’s what democracy is all about. Of the people. For the people.
Every four years the 28,000 people of Mawson choose someone to represent their views and fight for their needs and desires and the local area.
On March 21 I would appreciate your vote to become the Member for Mawson. In return, I’ll have your back and will work hard every single day to ensure our area remains one of the very best places in the world to work, live and play.
